Aisling Murphy

She has extensive litigation experience, acting for both private clients and businesses, across a broad range of disputes. Aisling is known for a pragmatic solution focused approach and is a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, strategic advice tailored to their commercial or personal objectives.

Aisling specialises in commercial litigation, insolvency, employment law and property related disputes.

She also has vast experience in personal injuries litigation, defamation and medical negligence. She acts for both claimants and defendants in all Courts. Aisling regularly acts for insurance companies, defending clients in public liability, employers’ liability, product liability and professional negligence claims.

The breadth of Aisling’s experience enables her to handle complex legal issues, particularly where disputes overlap multiple areas of law, and to guide her clients through these issues with confidence and discretion.

Education
Aisling graduated from University College Cork with an honours degree in Civil Law in 2005 and an honours LLM (Criminal Justice) in 2006. She recently also awarded a post qualification diploma in Employment Law.
