Peter Gibbons<\/h2>\n

Peter is a Partner who specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. He provides expert legal advice to ensure his clients achieve their long-term strategic goals. Peter is a trusted legal advisor to a wide variety of clients including private individuals, small and medium businesses and larger companies, including banks and insurance companies.<\/p>\n

Peter has vast experience advising clients in commercial litigation, professional negligence, debt recovery and enforcement, employment disputes, defamation, property-related disputes, insolvency and agricultural disputes.<\/p>\n

Peter also specialises in personal injuries litigation and medical negligence. He acts for both claimants and defendants in all Courts throughout Ireland. Peter regularly acts for insurance companies, defending clients in public liability, employers\u2019 liability, product liability and professional negligence claims.<\/p>\n

After graduating from UCD and DIT, Peter qualified as a Solicitor in both Ireland and England and Wales and was recently awarded post-qualification diplomas in insurance law and also technology law by the Law Society of Ireland.<\/p>\n
